The Compak System is a small scale, modular, fully integrated, engineered composite panel manufacturing process plant. Nominal capacity is : 28,000 M³ per year (10 MMSF ½" Basis) Range of board thickness’ from 3mm to 20mm ( 1/8" to 7/8" ) in a standard 2.44M x 1.22M ( 8’ x 4’ ) panel. Variations to the above can be accommodated, please contact CS PROCESS ENGINEERING Ltd for details. The Compak process consists of a number of modules, which are all designed in-house by CS PROCESS ENGINEERING Ltd to ensure process integration, and smooth flawless movement of materials through each stage of panel manufacture.
